CHAIR INSTALLATION SERVICE OVERVIEW
We offer professional delivery and installation services for LiberNovo ergonomic chairs across most of the Klang Valley areas except non-covered area, carried out by our professional installation team.
INSTALLATION FEE
Covered Klang Valley Area: RM120.00
Installation fees are charged in addition to your order total and apply per chair. If you order installation for more than one chair, the fee applies per unit (e.g. 2 chairs = RM240).
INSTALLATION HOURS
Business days: Monday - Friday
Business hour: 9:30am - 6:30pm
No installation service on weekends or public holidays in Selangor, Malaysia.
BOOKING LEAD TIME
Installation appointments must be booked for at least 3 business days in advance. This gives our installation team sufficient time to schedule your appointment and confirm details with you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Our installer will contact you via WhatsApp at least 1 business day before the scheduled installation to confirm your appointment and check your availability.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the confirmed date and timeslot. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. Any additional waiting time, or situations where the location is inaccessible due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. failure to pre-register for installation access or providing incorrect location information), may require the installation service to be rescheduled and incur an additional RM120.00 standalone installation fee.
- Installer will check the overall condition of the chair parts before installation and take overview photos once the assembly is complete.
If a defect, scratch, or missing part is found before installation begins, our team will stop the installation, document the issue with photos, and arrange a replacement or rescheduled appointment with you.
- You will be asked to confirm your satisfaction, feedback, and sign off after installation is complete.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Lift Access: For high-rise buildings, the delivery and installation location must be accessible via lift. If your unit is on an upper floor without lift access (e.g. landed properties or walk-up units), please inform us at the time of booking through the booking form or via WhatsApp, as additional assessment and preparation may be required.
- Pre-Approval Requirements: If prior approval or registration with building management is required for the installer to access the premises, customers are responsible for contacting us via WhatsApp in advance to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for smooth access and installation.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
- Rescheduling or cancellations made at least 1 business day before your scheduled appointment (before 12:00 PM) will be free of charge.
- Rescheduling or cancellations requests made less than 1 business day before your scheduled appointment (after 12:00 PM), as well as no-shows on the day of installation, may not be accommodated and will incur a RM120.00 installation rescheduling fee.
We recommend confirming your availability before booking to avoid any additional charges.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Installation service is available for orders shipped within most of the area in Klang Valley only, except for non-cover areas.
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our installation teamโs control (e.g. weather, road closures, force majeure events) will not incur penalty, though we will do our best to keep you informed and reschedule promptly.
