If your purchase is eligible for a refund, you may contact WhatsApp us to receive refund instructions. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within approximately 14 days of receiving your return and confirming the product status. 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
 

1. Manufacturing Defect
   Products with a verified manufacturing defect are eligible for return, and LiberNovo Singapore will cover the return shipping cost.
    
2. Unopened & Sealed Package
   If the product is still sealed and unopened, a return can be accepted, but the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
    

All items must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and accessories included.

Only products purchased directly from Libernovo.my or our authorised flagship stores on Malaysia eCommerce platforms are eligible for return.

Purchases made through other distributors must follow their own return and refund policies.

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp for return instructions.
2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3. Return shipping will be covered only for verified manufacturing defects.
4. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
5. Keep your Return Tracking Number until the return is confirmed received.
