Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses in the whole Malaysia. Free standard shipping is available for orders within West Malaysia. For orders shipping to East Malaysia, additional shipping fees will apply. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your confirmation. For further assistance or custom quotes, please contact our Customer Support team at Email or WhatsApp.

East Malaysia: Additional Fees apply:
Less than 4kg Accessories - RM 10.00 MYR
Ergonomic Chair - RM 199.00 MYR
 

Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days after order is processed. However, it may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses, for which LiberNovo Malaysia is not responsible.
 

Curbside Delivery
Deliveries are curbside, meaning the carrier will leave the package at the entrance of your provided address. For large items like the LiberNovo Omni chair, please ensure someone is available to receive and move the package indoors.
 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on libernovo.my.

Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged, lost, or not delivered as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at libernovo.my@libernovo.my or WhatsApp us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
 
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders for LiberNovo products are available until 31 October. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your unit in advance. Payment will be charged at the time of order, and your product will be shipped once stocks are available according to the estimated delivery schedule provided at checkout.
